FAQs
How do players qualify for the Finals?
Players earn race points at 25+ PPA Tour stops throughout the season. The top 8 in each division based on cumulative points receive an invitation to compete at the Finals in San Clemente.
Can amateurs play at the PPA Tour Finals?
Yes. Amateur brackets run alongside the pro event at all age and skill levels. Registration costs $95 and closes May 2, 2026. You play on the same courts where the pros compete.
Where should I park when attending the event?
Off-site parking is required at The Outlets at San Clemente. A free shuttle runs from 6:30 AM daily until about one hour after the final match. Plan extra time since shuttle lines can get long.
What makes the Finals different from other events?
The Finals is invitational only and uses pool play instead of standard brackets. It also crowns the PPA World No. 1 for the season, which is the highest individual achievement in professional pickleball.
