Boulder Pickleball Courts – Quick Guide

Salt Lake City has one of the fastest-growing pickleball scenes in the Mountain West, with 40+ courts spread across public parks and dedicated indoor clubs. Can I just show up and play at Boulder’s public courts?

Yes. All city-owned outdoor courts are free and first-come, first-served. Organized drop-in sessions at the rec centers run on a set schedule — outside those windows, courts are open for casual walk-on play. Bring a portable net if you’re heading to Valmont City Park, as nets aren’t always on-site.
